How ProPop collects, uses, and protects information when you use our app and services.

We may collect information you provide when you create an account, complete your profile, upload content, participate in campaigns, communicate with users, or contact support. This may include name, email address, phone number, address, profile details, user-generated content, and limited payment-related information handled by third-party processors.
We may also collect device information, usage data, log data, and, with your permission, location information to provide app functionality, fraud prevention, security, and account management.
The app requests permissions that are necessary for core functionality, including notifications, approximate or precise location, camera, photos, videos, and account-related verification flows. Photo, video, and camera access are used only when you choose to upload or capture content and are not collected in the background.
When you connect your YouTube account, ProPop may access limited read-only YouTube channel and audience analytics data to support creator verification, authenticity scoring, and audience intelligence features. ProPop does not store your Google credentials, does not sell this data, and uses it only for the features described here.
ProPop's use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
When you connect your Instagram account, ProPop may access limited read-only data such as Instagram username and follower count to support influencer verification and profile features. We do not store Facebook or Meta credentials, and this data is not sold or shared with third parties.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with service providers who support hosting, payments, analytics, security, customer support, and similar services, or when required by law. When legally required, we disclose only the minimum data necessary.
SMS opt-in is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of creating an account, signing in, or using ProPop, and is not a condition of any purchase. You may instead choose Email sign-in to register and verify your account without receiving any SMS messages.
If you check the SMS consent box and tap Continue in the ProPop app or on propop.app, you consent to receive one-time passcode (OTP) and account-related text messages from ProPop. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the app and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. You may request deletion through the account deletion process described on the Account Deletion page.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and secure communication channels. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
The app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such collection, we will take steps to delete the information.
