This Messaging Consent Policy explains how ProPop ("we", "us", "our") uses SMS, in-app notifications, and other messaging channels in connection with your use of the ProPop mobile application ("App"), the propop.app website, and related services ("Services").

ProPop does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages. Any SMS you receive, unless clearly stated otherwise, is strictly for security, account, or service-related purposes.

We may use third-party providers, including but not limited to Twilio and SMSCountry, to deliver SMS and related communications. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

4. Consent and Opt-Out

SMS opt-in is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of creating an account, signing in, or using ProPop, and is not a condition of any purchase. You may instead choose Email sign-in to register and verify your account without receiving any SMS messages.

By checking the SMS consent box and tapping Continue in the ProPop App or on propop.app, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and consent to receive the service-related messages described in this Policy from our toll-free number +1 (877) 706-6227. You may receive up to 10 SMS messages per month based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. After you opt out of SMS, essential account and security notices — such as 2FA codes, critical security alerts, and fraud notifications — may still be delivered through in-app or push notifications, which you can manage in your device or App settings.

5. Data Use and Privacy

Your phone number and messaging-related data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use this information solely for the purposes described in that Policy and in this Messaging Consent Policy, including security, account management, and service delivery.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. International Messaging

ProPop may send messages to users located in India, the United States, Canada, and other regions where the App is available. By using the App, you consent to receiving messages from us and our providers regardless of your country of residence, subject to applicable local laws.

7. Changes to This Messaging Consent Policy

We may update this Messaging Consent Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
