Deletion of Your Propop Account
You may request deletion of your Propop user or influencer account at any time.
Depending on your role, this may affect your access to campaigns, collaborations,
payouts, and related services on propop.app.
Where to access the delete option
You can access the account deletion option directly from the Propop app:
- Go to the Home Page
- Open the Left Drawer Menu
- Select More Options
- Choose Delete Account
Temporary deletion period (90 days)
When you request deletion, your account will first enter a
temporary delete status for a period of
90 days.

Limited access: During this period, your account will not be visible
to other users for new activity (such as new campaigns or collaborations).

Reactivation option: You may log in at any time during these 90 days
to reactivate your account and continue using Propop without creating a new account.

Same phone number: Your phone number and login credentials remain
associated with this temporarily deleted account during the 90‑day period.
Important: If you do not log in and reactivate your account within 90 days,
your account will be permanently deleted as described below.
Permanent deletion after 90 days
If you do not reactivate your account within the 90‑day temporary delete period:

Account removal: Your Propop account will be permanently deleted.

Data deletion: Subject to applicable law and our legal obligations,
we will delete or de‑identify information associated with your account, which may include:
campaign participation history, collaboration records, profile details, and other usage data.

New account with same phone number: After permanent deletion,
you may create a new user or influencer account using the same phone number, subject to our
then‑current terms and policies.
Pending transactions and payouts
Deleting or temporarily deleting your account does not cancel or waive any
pending transactions related to campaigns, collaborations, or payouts.

Settlement of pending amounts: Any eligible pending transactions
(such as payouts or settlements) will continue to be processed and settled in a timely manner,
even if your account is in temporary delete status or has been permanently deleted.

Compliance and verification: Processing of such transactions may
require us to retain certain information as permitted or required by law (for example, tax,
accounting, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance).
Retention of limited information
We may retain certain limited information for the period necessary to:
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations (including tax and financial reporting).
- Detect, investigate, or prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
- Resolve disputes or enforce our terms, as permitted or required by law.
Such retained information is restricted in use and is not available for normal product features
or visible as an active Propop account.
Technical delay
Please be aware that there may be a technical delay between your request, the start of the
temporary delete status, and the completion of permanent deletion and data removal from all
of our active and backup systems.
